I would like to find out if there are pictures on the web of the tile mosaic underwater in that pool?
All I can tell you are two things:
1. The show ("Human Target") is filmed in Vancouver (Canada).
2. The luxury hotel featured in this episode ("Corner Man") was the Hotel Le Soleil, in Vancouver.
Whether or not the pool is inside the hotel, I can't say...
